深みのある黒の艶をベースに、削りを施した層からビリジアンを思わせる鮮やかなグリーンが現れる、5本用WATCH CASE。黒の中から覗くグリーンは、削りの深さや箇所によって濃淡や表情が異なり、一面に広がる色彩に独特のリズムを生み出しています。光の当たり方や見る角度によっても色の見え方が変化し、深い黒の中に鮮やかなグリーンが印象的に浮かび上がります。

外装を手掛けるのは、UNDULATIONのアーティスト、クワイ華。特殊塗料を幾重にも塗り重ね、乾燥、削り、磨きを繰り返すことで、単一の色では表現できない奥行きと艶を生み出しています。表面を削ることで初めて現れる色彩には、手仕事ならではのわずかな揺らぎがあり、一点ごとに異なる表情を楽しむことができます。

A lustrous black surface forms the foundation of this five-watch case, with vivid viridian green emerging from the layers revealed through the scraping process. The deep green appears beneath the black in irregular traces, creating a striking contrast between darkness and color. As the light shifts and the case is viewed from different angles, the depth and intensity of the green subtly change, giving the surface a distinctive sense of movement.

The exterior is created by UNDULATION artist Kuwai Hana. Multiple layers of specialized paint are applied, then repeatedly dried, scraped, and polished. Through this process, layers of color are gradually revealed, creating a surface with depth and character that cannot be achieved through a single application of paint. The viridian green emerging from beneath the lustrous black gives the case its particularly distinctive expression.

The beauty of this case lies in what emerges through the process. Each layer revealed by scraping contributes to an expression that can never be exactly replicated.
